Several alloy wheels

1.Multi-piece alloy wheels

Multi-piece alloy wheels are available in two-piece and three-piece types. The parts of the wheel are made by forging and spinning processes, and then connected by titanium bolts. These products are light in weight, high in strength, and superior in performance, but expensive, and are mainly used in various championship racing cars and high-end luxury cars. In all levels of car races around the world, whether it is a car or a motorcycle, no matter what the conditions are, the vehicle is required to accelerate from zero to 100km/h in just 3 seconds. Therefore, the wheel needs to be able to withstand the overloaded running state caused by extremely high lateral acceleration, extremely high running speed and harsh conditions on the track, as well as the temperature rise caused by strong wear of the tire. In this environment, multi-piece aluminum wheels have withstood the test of various harsh environments. Although the product is light in weight, due to the use of advanced manufacturing technology, the product structure is strong, and the multi-piece combination shape gives people a thick and solid feeling.

2.Single-piece racing alloy wheel

F1 racing requires the use of single-piece wheels. In order to ensure the performance of the wheels and the requirements of vehicle weight reduction, forging is usually used to make blanks and then the spinning process is used to form and produce them. In order to ensure the high performance and lightest weight of the products, compared with the same specification of cast alloy wheels, its mechanical properties are improved by more than 18%, and the weight can be reduced by about 20%. The single-piece alloy wheels designed and manufactured specifically for F1 racing have withstood the test of various harsh environments. However, the performance requirements of passenger car alloy wheels are not as stringent as those of racing cars. The integral low-pressure casting alloy wheels are sufficient to meet their performance requirements, but passenger cars pay more attention to the appearance and aesthetic design of alloy wheels. Influenced by racing and the requirements of energy saving and beauty, automobile alloy wheels are also changing. The design of large diameter, soft spoke alloy wheels with a more sporty feel and lightweight alloy wheels are the main development trend and direction of automobile alloy wheels.

3.Built-in air alloy wheels

In order to reduce the weight of the wheel hub to the maximum extent, a new concept of lightweight alloy wheel hub with built-in air alloy wheel hub came into being, which further reduced the weight of the wheel hub through cavity technology. This type of alloy wheel hub is divided into single-piece and two-piece combination. The single-piece built-in air alloy wheel hub uses cavity technology to make all the spokes and inner and outer convex shoulders of the wheel hub rim into cavities, which greatly reduces the weight of the wheel hub. Compared with the alloy wheel hub with the same structure, the weight is reduced by 20%, while the performance is greatly improved; the two-piece combination built-in air alloy wheel hub makes the inner convex shoulder of the wheel hub rim into a cavity, which greatly reduces the weight of the wheel hub. Compared with the alloy wheel hub with the same structure, the weight is reduced by 5%, which improves the performance of the product. This type of alloy wheel hub is made of cast blanks and the cavity is manufactured by spinning process.
